General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Purpose
These terms regulate the commercial relationship between Lubomir Kaltchev DonVentilador, located at Avenida Juan Sanchis Candela 31, 03015 Alicante, Spain, EU VAT number ES Y2397390E (hereinafter “DONVENTILADOR”, “we” or “our company”), and the user (hereinafter “the Customer”) from the moment a purchase is made in our online store.
This document sets out the rules concerning payment methods, delivery times, and the rights and obligations of both parties throughout the purchasing process.
Shipping
We deliver throughout mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, as well as Italy, France and Portugal. Currently, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
The estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days. For international orders, delivery times depend on the destination country and the chosen shipping method.
If a product is out of stock, the customer will be notified by email to choose whether to wait for restocking or cancel the order.
Taxes
All items include the current Spanish VAT in the displayed price.
Non-operational territories (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) would be subject to local taxes and duties, payable by the customer upon delivery.

You can securely pay in our store using:
- Credit or debit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD and 6000 via PayPal’s secure platform.
- Bank transfer.

Prices and shipping costs
All prices are displayed in euros (€). Shipping costs are shown during the order confirmation process.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or international destinations (currently unavailable):
Additional charges such as customs duties, local taxes or handling fees may apply and must be paid by the customer upon receipt.
Returns and right of withdrawal
The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days after receiving the item.
- The product must be returned in excellent condition and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Returns will not be accepted for installed items or without original packaging.
It is advisable to notify us by email or phone before returning a product.
If a product is damaged during transport, the customer must report it within 24 hours.
The customer has 24 hours after delivery to check the integrity of the order.
Product warranty
All products include the manufacturer’s official warranty of 1 or 2 years, depending on the item.
Not covered: damages caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized handling, incorrect installation or normal wear and tear.
The warranty will be void if:
- The purchase receipt is altered.
- The product or its serial number is tampered with without authorization.
Product descriptions
Descriptions aim to faithfully reflect each item’s features. Minor variations may occur due to technical improvements or manufacturing changes.
Product images
Images may not always match the latest version available. DONVENTILADOR guarantees delivery of the most up-to-date model in stock.
